ROSE PROPOLIS FACIAL TONER - Flor Skincare

The ability of witch hazel to tighten skin makes this an ideal natural remedy for reducing discoloration and puffiness under and around eyes. Also helps to even out skin tone, cleanse, and hydrate. A woodsy rose aroma made of the highest-grade essential oils.

Use: Spray onto a cotton pad and apply onto the face. Perform after cleansing and before moisturizer or serum.
